What the form collects
The quote form has four fields.

The form accepts text only and does not accept attachments.
Where a request goes
Sending the form emails your request to Olymco’s sales team. The website itself does not store submissions. A copy is kept in Olymco’s email. A submission confirmation does not establish that a staff member has read the request.
Services that handle a request
Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the program that receives the form when you send it. Cloudflare’s servers may record technical details of each request, such as your IP address.
Postmark, a US email delivery service, delivers each request to Olymco and keeps a copy of each message for up to 45 days.
Postmark’s terms allow it to view and use the content of messages it delivers to train and improve its service.
The quote page also uses Turnstile, a spam check from Cloudflare. It runs in your browser on the quote page. To tell people from automated traffic, Cloudflare receives technical information about your browser and connection, such as your IP address, your browser type, and a fingerprint of the connection. Cloudflare may also use that information to improve Turnstile. Turnstile does not read what you type into the form. Its result is checked when you send the form. Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum explains how it handles that information.
What is collected automatically
The site’s own scripts run the navigation and display controls. No analytics or advertising scripts are configured in the current site build.
If you follow a directions link or choose to load an available map, you connect to Google’s map service. Its handling of information is subject to its own policies.
Drawings and sensitive documents
Do not send drawings or technical documents through this form. Call (330) 452-2300 to arrange how to send them.
How long a request is kept
Postmark keeps a copy of each message for up to 45 days. The email in Olymco’s mailbox is kept as part of Olymco’s business records. To ask about a request you sent, or to ask for it to be deleted, call (330) 452-2300.
