The facility
Olymco, Inc.’s Canton facility brings plating lines, in-house polishing, and a lab together. Its published facility information describes approximately 50,000 square feet and plating tanks up to 12 feet long. Tank length is where a fit review starts, not an accepted part size.

How do you confirm a part will fit?
Tank length is a starting point, not an accepted part envelope. Overall dimensions, weight, geometry, racking, and clearance determine whether a part can be processed.
Send the complete dimensions and identify the surfaces that require finishing. For small parts, include quantity per lot and any handling restrictions. Powder coating fit needs separate confirmation against booth, oven, and hanging limits. Olymco says one tank can take very large parts, or a large quantity of small parts, at the same time.
In-house polishing
The polishing department is in the same facility as the plating lines. Include preparation and final appearance requirements with your finishing request so the complete scope can be reviewed. By Olymco’s own account, that includes delicate and difficult work other shops decline.
See hand polishing for the information needed to assess the surface work.
The lab
Olymco lists an in-house laboratory for plating bath analysis. Review the quality program and testing information, then confirm the checks and documentation your job requires.
